Come join us at Daylesfords favourite local taproom and restaurant. Inspired by traditional country styling and taking sublte cues from the gold rush era, which helped settle the region, our taproom is not your typical brewery taproom.
Come sample our ever changing beers and if beer isn’t for you we have a great selection of local wines, spirits and world class whiskeys to choose from.
Our dining menu has been designed to match and complement our beers and to be shared amongst friend. Our quickly becoming infamous lamb ribs are must.
